  [摘要] 非小细胞肺癌为肺癌最常见的分类。针对非小细胞肺癌患者的分子靶向治疗已发展十余年，现今其已逐渐成为拥有敏感基因突变患者的一线治疗。在研究中发现，除常见经典突变以外，某些罕见突变及其相关联合突变仍可能与对表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂的敏感相关。文中主要综述了近年来针对S768I突变及其相关联合突变在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的研究进展。

  [Abstract] Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for most of all lung cancers.The targeted therapies of NSCLC has been in searched over the past decade and now it became the first-line therapy for patients with sensitizing EGFR mutations.The patients who harbored the rare mutations and the compound mutations maybe associated with the responses of EGFR-TKIs.In order to find the responses of the patients who harbored the S768I with EGFR-TKIs,this review summarizes the recent advance about S768I and the related compound mutations in NSCLC.
